## **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Midtown Oaks Post Acute**Sacramento, CA **$21–$23 per hour** **Shifts Available: AM & PM (Full-Time / Part-Time)**### ### **Join Our Compassionate Care Team**Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for caring and dependable **Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)** to join our team. Be part of a supportive environment where your work truly makes a difference in residents’ lives every day.### ### **Position Summary**The CNA provides routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans, facility policies, and direction from licensed nursing staff.### ### **Key Responsibilities*** Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)* Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, weight, intake/output)* Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly* Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility support* Answer call lights and ensure resident comfort and safety* Provide mealtime support, including feeding and documenting intake* Maintain clean, organized, and safe resident rooms* Document care accurately in charts and flow sheets* Observe and report skin issues, injuries, or changes in behavior* Support admissions, transfers, and discharges* Follow infection control and HIPAA guidelines### ### **Qualifications** Active **CNA certification (required)** CPR certification (preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach Reliable and able to follow direction### ### **Physical Requirements*** Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents* Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations### ### **Why Join Midtown Oaks Post Acute?** Competitive pay: **$21–$23/hour** **Flexible scheduling – AM & PM shifts available** Supportive leadership and team environment Growth and advancement opportunities Rewarding work with meaningful impact### ### **Apply Today**Start a rewarding career where you can make a difference every day.
