Other responsibilities will include:* Recording and reporting of inbound/outbound deliveries.* Provides support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner.* Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.* Provides administrative support for the Department Managers.* Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all needed systems.* Support Picking, Loading and other operations as needed.* Under direct supervision of the DC Department Managers. We’re not just a workplace; we’re a **team that supports and celebrates each other!****Minimum Qualifications*** High School diploma or equivalent work experience.* 3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership experience in a warehouse environment.* Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.* Detail oriented and accurate.* Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data.* Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.* Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.* Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s**Physical Demands*** Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, push and handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.* Ability to move throughout all areas of the distribution center.* Move objects up to 250 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations* Stand and walk continuously to perform job functions.* Standing, walking, lifting, and arranging product: 90%* Sitting: 5%* Desk or phone work: 5%**Diversity is a Core Value at Bob’s**At Bob’s Discount Furniture, we want you to feel at home.
