Responsibilities: Provide administrative assistance to the company Handle all incoming mail and high-volume calls Assist in scheduling all attorney calendars Greet and assist walk-in clients with completing consultation forms Organize and file legal documents Take payments Detail-oriented and interpersonal skills Handle client payments/invoices Other duties as requested Requirements: Open to work weekends as needed High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish and English Prior Customer Service experience Must be computer literate and proficient in spreadsheet applications and word processing Strong administrative and organizational skills Efficient communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Benefits: Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Vacation Time Sick time Paid Federal Holidays Off Paid Birthday and Work Anniversary off Paid Parking Life Insurance Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour
