Description
Noor Locums is seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon for ongoing 24-hour beeper call coverage in Kodiak, Alaska.
Coverage is needed for two scheduled blocks: October 20 at 7:00 AM through November 4 at 7:00 AM and November 18 at 7:00 AM through December 2 at 7:00 AM .
The physician will provide inpatient General Surgery call coverage and respond to surgical needs by beeper. The opportunity involves approximately 4 5 patients per shift with support from nursing staff. The facility utilizes Epic EMR and is a Level IV Trauma Center and stroke-certified hospital.
Due to the expedited credentialing timeline, candidates must have an active Alaska medical license , Alaska DEA , Board Certification in General Surgery, and a clean professional file. Temporary privileges are available.
