Receptionist

We are currently seeking a  Receptionist  to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors at our growing Womelsdorf location.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources &/or Human Resources Management Team, the Receptionist will provide professional and friendly front-office support while assisting with a variety of administrative duties. This is an important role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome employees, customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information or direct questions to the appropriate person.
• Manage the reception area and ensure it remains professional, organized, and welcoming.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and visitors as needed.
• Maintain visitor logs and follow company procedures for visitor access and security.
• Provide administrative support to HR, management, and other departments as needed.
• Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, copying, and other general office duties.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, documents, and other materials as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, customer, and company information.
• Assist with employee and customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
• Monitor and maintain office and reception-area supplies.
• Work with various departments to ensure information and communications are handled promptly and accurately.
• Perform other receptionist and administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred.
• Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
