Operations Data & Financial Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Manhattan Beach, CA that is seeking an Operations Data & Financial Analyst.

Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support operational and financial decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to develop insights, optimize performance, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, cost drivers, risks, and opportunities
* Develop forecasting, labor planning, KPI, and performance reporting models
* Support executive reporting and business reviews with actionable insights
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions
* Improve reporting processes through automation and workflow optimization
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting environments

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
* 2+ years of analyst experience
* Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, and Excel
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
* Strong communication and organizational abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience:
* Financial analysis and reporting
* KPI development and performance tracking
* Process automation and continuous improvement initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
