Position Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing compassionate, resident-centered care. Working alongside a dedicated healthcare team, you will assist residents with daily living activities and support their physical, emotional, and personal well-being in accordance with individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their care plans and individual needs. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff. Support residents in maintaining dignity, comfort, and independence. Assist with meal service, hydration, and feeding as needed. Ensure resident rooms and care areas are clean, safe, and organized. Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and team members. Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and license in accordance with state regulations. Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Commitment to providing exceptional service to our Veteran residents.
