My Position

Attached to the Digital, Brand, and Customer Experience Direction, I am part of the Customer Marketing team in support.

I work closely with the CRM and E-commerce teams to ensure both:

  • The operational implementation of targeted CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS)
  • The monitoring of CRM campaign performances, traffic, and conversion on the e-commerce site picard.fr and the mobile application.

My missions revolve around the following axes:

  1. Management, implementation, and monitoring of CRM campaigns
  • I contribute to the elaboration of the animation plan on the different segments of prospects and customers.
  • I write CRM contents (email, push, SMS) and select offers according to the targets
  • I design segmentations via campaign workflows in Imagino Campaign (marketing automation tool)
  • I coordinate the validation, configuration, and sending of campaigns on different channels.
  • I ensure the good technical execution of the sendings and the quality of deliverability (NPAI, deliverability, servers, click rates…).
  • I follow the results of the campaigns: opening rates, click rates, conversion rates, unsubscribes, etc.
  • I ensure a watch of the CRM best practices and participate in the continuous improvement of the contents.
  1. E-commerce analysis & traffic monitoring
  • I monitor the performance of the website and mobile application (traffic, transactions, cart addition rates, etc.).
  • I analyze CRM and e-commerce data to evaluate the impact of marketing actions on navigation and sales.
  • I work on the standardization of tracked links in CRM and e-commerce campaigns, and I ensure their systematic use.
  • I update the digital reportings on a weekly and monthly basis.
My Profile

In a BAC+4-5 training in a business school or university, specializing in Digital (marketing/web/CRM), I have acquired initial experience in a digital environment (internship or apprenticeship).

I have an interest in CRM, E-commerce, and data issues, ideally in a retail or e-commerce context.

I am comfortable with marketing automation and reporting tools (Excel, Google Analytics).

With good interpersonal skills, I enjoy teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders. I am dynamic, curious, creative, and results-oriented.

Contract: Position based in Issy les Moulineaux (92)
