Harm Reduction Model based Behavioral Health Organization seeks multiple BBS Therapists/Clinicians/Program Managers in Los Angeles. Salary: $69,000 - $72,400 per year. Job Details The Clinician engages members and coordinates mental and recovery services to ensure housing stability and community integration. Responsibilities include maintaining the highest quality provision of direct individual and case management services. This role involves both office and field work. Day to Day Responsibilities Provide, coordinate, and implement mental health and recovery support services with individual members. Develop effective, trusting relationships with clients experiencing tri‑morbid disorders, including the forensic population, focusing on independence and improved physical and mental health. Provide linkage to stable housing and other supportive services as needed, including client advocacy, case management, and benefit establishment. Encourage and promote a strength‑based environment to assist clients in meeting their individual goals. Collaborate with each member to develop their individual service plan, review, and update it upon completion of goals. Conduct screening interviews, complete housing documentation, and coordinate clients’ move‑in with the housing authority and property managers. Perform initial comprehensive case management assessment and develop an intervention plan that addresses barriers, increases income, and maintains permanent housing. Identify appropriate permanent housing options for clients such as subsidized housing Section 8, Shelter Plus Care, VASH, permanent supportive housing, affordable and market‑rate housing, and other opportunities. Work cooperatively and cohesively with other members of the FSP team, including participation in weekly staff meetings, group clinical supervision, and trainings. Develop and maintain a complete, accurate, and current member file with all funder‑required documents. Required Qualifications Active BBS licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD). Registered and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. Comfortable with office and field work. LPS designated or able to become LPS designated to initiate 5150 holds. Two years of experience working with clients with mental illness, chronic health issues, and/or substance abuse. Comfortable working via the harm‑reduction model. Valid driver’s license.
