This is a hands on opportunity for an engineer to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in new product design, prototyping, testing, and product launch.ScheduleFull time.Compensation$90,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience.What You'll DoThe Engineering Supervisor leads and develops a multidisciplinary team of design, development, and test engineers, guiding new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release. This person provides hands on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews, and manages priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs.
