Job Summary

The Caregiver provides personal care homemaker and companion services in accordance with each clients individualized care plan while working in the comfort of the clients home.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene (bathing toileting dressing)
• Memory care
• Professional communication with clients families and team members

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle
• Valid drivers license
• Current auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Prior home care experience is a plus
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and provide ethical compassionate care
