Elite Legal Marketing is looking for an ambitious, highly intelligent Sales Associate who wants to build a serious career at the intersection of sales, marketing, technology, and AI .

This is not a traditional entry-level sales job.

We are looking for someone with exceptional upside: competitive, polished, curious, technologically fluent, and hungry to learn. You may have a few years of sales experience, or you may simply be the kind of person who has always figured out how to outperform the people around you.

Elite is a fast-growing legal marketing company working with law firms across the country. We provide SEO, paid advertising, website development, social media, creative services, and emerging AI/search strategies designed specifically for law firms.

We’re also investing heavily in AI, both in how we market our clients and in how we operate our own company.

We want salespeople who are excited about that future.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with Elite’s sales and leadership team to:

• Identify and research prospective law firm clients.
• Conduct intelligent outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and other channels.
• Use AI tools to research prospects, prepare for conversations, personalize outreach, and improve your own performance.
• Learn how successful law firms acquire cases through SEO, Google Ads, LSAs, social media, websites, content, and AI-driven search.
• Participate in discovery calls and sales presentations.
• Learn how to diagnose a law firm’s marketing problems rather than simply pitching services.
• Build relationships with attorneys, law firm owners, and marketing executives.
• Develop and manage your own pipeline.
• Eventually own opportunities from first conversation through close.
  

You will receive significant exposure to experienced agency leadership and sophisticated legal marketing strategy.

The expectation is that a great Sales Associate will not remain a Sales Associate for very long.

You should be:

Hungry. You want to make money, advance quickly, and build something meaningful.

Extremely comfortable with technology. AI should interest you rather than intimidate you. If you’re already using ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, or other AI products to make yourself better at your job, that’s a major plus.

Polished. Our clients are successful attorneys and business owners. You need to communicate professionally and confidently.

Curious. Great salespeople ask great questions. We want someone who genuinely wants to understand how businesses work.

Competitive. You enjoy keeping score and want your performance to be measurable.

Coachable. You can absorb feedback without becoming defensive and implement it quickly.

Resourceful. When you don’t know something, your instinct is to figure it out.

A strong communicator. You can write a sharp email, carry an intelligent conversation, and explain complicated ideas simply.

What We Don’t Want

We’re probably not the right company for someone looking for a comfortable sales job with limited accountability.

We’re also not looking for someone whose entire sales philosophy is blasting automated sequences and hoping somebody responds.

AI should make our salespeople more thoughtful, more prepared, and more effective —not more robotic.
