Sr. Project Manager on a $100mil Industrial Project
This opportunity is with a well-established business services firm specializing in construction project management. The organization operates as a medium-sized company with a reputation for delivering high-quality results and fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.
Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors and vendors, to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and processes.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience managing construction projects within the business services industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
