It starts with YOU.In this role, you will:Safely operate high speed manufacturing equipment and perform general warehouse or material handling responsibilitiesLoad, unload, and store product/materials using a clamp truck or fork truckInteract with manufacturing and or packaging equipment to conduct troubleshooting activities and perform basic adjustments and/or repairsCommunicate with peers, leaders, vendors and contractors effectivelyMaintain accurate and complete production information including quality, operations performance and wasteTo succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United StatesHave a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificateHave 1+ years of continuous work experience.Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skillsAre able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtimeCan pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screeningCan pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)Are aware that some job positions may experience extremes of temperaturesAre aware that the position requires learning to drive industrial tractors/forklifts/paddle/clampsPossess a strong commitment to working effectively in a team environmentHave strong communication and leadership skills, including self-motivationPreferred Qualifications:Mechanical, technical or manufacturing skills or related experienceDemonstrated mechanical ability, including troubleshooting, problem identification and resolutionPrevious or current experience with industrial tractors or forklift operationsDemonstrated leadership ability in a team-based work environment.Led by Purpose.
