Interventional Pain Management Physician

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pain Management Physician to join our team in Haines City, FL. This full-time role involves diagnosing and treating patients with diverse pain etiologies, including neuropathic pain, musculoskeletal disorders, and cancer-related pain. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and review of diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a combination of interventional procedures, pharmacological management, and physical rehabilitation Perform interventional pain management procedures, including epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, facet joint injections/medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation trials/permanent implants, and intrathecal pump management Prescribe and manage medications responsibly, including opioid therapy when clinically indicated, in compliance with state regulations and CDC guidelines Interpret fluoroscopic and ultrasound images to guide precise procedural interventions Collaborate with primary care physicians, physical therapists, psychologists, and surgeons to ensure integrated, patient-centered care Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records Supervise advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs) if applicable Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Productivity/quality bonus structure Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Malpractice insurance with tail coverage PTO and holiday pay Life and accidental death insurance Short and long-term disability benefits Shift & xmvmafu Schedule Full-Time Requirements Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited residency in Anesthesiology, Interventional Pain Management, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Neurology, or Radiology Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine Active, unrestricted medical license and current DEA registration Active ACLS and/or BLS certification 2-5 years of post-fellowship experience preferred (open to new graduates) Proven proficiency in fluoroscopic-guided spinal interventions
