Clinical Nurse - Wound Ostomy Continence Team We are looking for a clinical nurse with experience in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Care to join our WOC Team. Our team delivers comprehensive care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment across both inpatient and outpatient settings. We are a robust team of 20+ Board Certified Nurses by the WOCNCB. Role Overview You will provide specialized nursing care to hospitalized oncology patients with complex wounds, perform detailed assessments, and develop treatment plans to optimize wound healing and patient outcomes. You will also work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide education, support, and continuity of care throughout the various stages of treatment and follow‑up. Implement the nursing process for medical and surgical patients requiring intensive monitoring and nursing interventions in our WOC Team. Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to facilitate continuity of care. Provide outstanding patient‑centered care to our patients. Key Qualifications 1.5 – 2 years of Clinical RN experience Acute care setting: Wound/Ostomy care experience is preferred Bachelor's of Science in Nursing New York State RN License BLS Certification CWON is preferred, must complete WOC Education Program and Clinicals Core Skills Willing to take action and eager to accept new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Additional Information Location: Rotate between Inpatient (Main Campus - 1275 York Avenue) and satellite sites in NYC (David H.
