About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for major projects across the New York City area. The ideal candidate is an experienced, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in complex construction environments, ensures seamless coordination across teams, and upholds the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Manage subcontractors, site schedules, budgets, materials, and logistics. Enforce and maintain Sinclair’s safety, quality control, and compliance standards. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and inspectors to ensure efficient project delivery. Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress reports. Mentor and develop field staff to strengthen Sinclair’s culture of excellence and accountability. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant construction management experience , including at least 5 years as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial or multifamily projects. Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $20M + . Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, permitting, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. NYC Superintendent License required ; additional certifications are a plus.
