As a K-12 SLPA in Menlo Park, CA , your days will include providing direct student care such as:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students as directed by the supervising SLP.
• Assist with the implementation of IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Document student progress, maintain service logs, and prepare reports for review by the supervising SLP.
• Prepare therapy materials and assist with scheduling sessions.
• Support data collection and assessment activities under supervision.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Follow all federal, state, and district regulations related to special education and therapy services.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.

Job Details
Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting ESY available
Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School options


Successful Candidates Possess

• Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or completion of an SLPA certification program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as an SLPA (as required by the state).
• Experience in a school setting.
• The ability to work in the U.S. without a sponsor
