** Key Responsibilities: **

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain both electronic and printed payroll records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Assist with various audits, including payroll, financial, and compliance audits.
• Support the HR Director as needed, contributing to various HR-related tasks and projects.
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll information and protect employee privacy.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.

** Qualifications: **

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
