Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced civil litigation attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. Duties Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Draft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda. Take and defend depositions. Appear in court, hearings, and mediations. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Develop case strategies and provide legal analysis. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff. Requirements 10+ years of civil litigation experience. Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex litigation. Significant experience in construction litigation, insurance defense, or coverage matters. Strong leadership, client management, and case strategy skills. Trial experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
