Maintenance Technician

At G&L Tube LLC, a division of AeroFlow Technologies, we specialize in creating complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials capable of withstanding extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical interactions. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician that will be responsible for facility and equipment maintenance supporting plant Safety, Quality, Cost, and Regulatory compliance. This person should possess a working knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and have problem-solving experience in both areas. They must also have the ability to work efficiently and safely with others in problem solving mechanical and electrical issues.

So, what will you be doing as a Maintenance Technician?

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
• Strong knowledge on mechanical capabilities.
• Strong knowledge with electrical circuitry 24 V DC controls- 480 3 phase
• Perform task unsupervised.
• Ability to share general maintenance knowledge in a training/leading other technicians capacity.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to come up with creative solutions to complex issues.
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Use time effectively
• Consistently maintains a safety-first mentality
• PLC, Electrical, and Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills.
• Pneumatics and Hydraulics Experience.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC Basic programming as well as trouble shooting.
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
