Outreach Specialist
Great Lakes Bay Health Centers
Great-Lakes-Bay-Health-Centers in Michigan seeks a patient communications assistant to support administrative tasks and care coordination. You will call patients, generate letters when needed, and aid in coordinating care with the Quality Improvement Manager. You will contact patients based on payer reports, track appointments, and follow up with those missing care. Evening hours may be required, and local travel between GLBHC sites may occur. #J-18808-Ljbffr
