Field Sales Representative

Insight Global is seeking a Sales Representative to support the Austin and San Antonio markets for our client that is a manufacturer and distributor of plumbing fixtures and bathroom/kitchen products. This individual will be focused on driving specification sales and expanding market share across commercial construction projects. This is a highly relationship-driven role where you’ll partner with developers, architects, contractors, and property managers to identify and win new project opportunities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong network and experience selling into project-based environments

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, GCs, property managers, and engineer
  • Drive product specifications with architects, designers, and MEP firms
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities across commercial projects (multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, office, etc.)
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Deliver product presentations, trainings, and lunch and learns
  • Track pipeline and opportunities in CRM
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and customer service

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, plumbing, building materials, or related)
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle (prospecting → close)
  • Personal vehicle and ID

Compensation:

$55k to $60k per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Commission Structure:

  • 2.0% on first $500K in sales
  • 2.5% on sales above $500K

Guaranteed Commission: $2,000/month during first 90 days (ramp)

Car Allowance: $400/month

Gas Reimbursement: Up to $300/month
