Clinic RN, LPN or MA

Clinic RN, LPN or MA Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interviews patients, measures vital signs—including pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height—and records information on patients' charts. Prepares equipment and assists the Provider during treatment and examination of patient. Gives injections or treatments, and performs routine laboratory tests under the direction of the Provider. Rooms patients in a timely manner with effective patient/Provider communication. Reviews patient medications and documents them in the chart at every visit. Tracks procedures for results. Initiates patient education as prescribed by the Physician including patient and family instruction. Participates in department quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI). Minimum Qualifications Completion of an approved MA program with state certification; 3‑6 months of related experience preferred. Completion of an approved CNA program with state certification; 3‑6 months of related experience preferred. Completion of an approved, accredited LPN nursing program. Clinical experience preferred.
