Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting is required. Client requires prior SNF experience. Ability to manage caseloads typical to long-term care and rehabilitation units. Documentation experience with electronic health records preferred. Preferred: prior experience with restorative nursing programs and fall-risk assessment tools. Work Days: Sunday through Saturday (per client schedule; confirmed VMS work days include Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat). Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week. Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Floating: Candidate may be required to float within the center as needed. Location Highlights Claremont, NH offers access to outdoor recreation and regional attractions within short drives.
