CNC Equipment Reliability Specialist

Are you the technician everyone calls when a CNC goes down? Do you thrive on diagnosing tough issues and preventing the next one? Step into a role where reliability is your craft and precision is your signature.

Your mission

Plan and perform preventive maintenance to cut downtime before it starts.
Tackle corrective repairs across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Use manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to isolate and fix faults quickly.
Document every action—repairs, inspections, parts—to build a clear service history.
Collaborate with engineering/production to improve reliability and process stability.
Assist with installation and setup of new CNC machines, ensuring a smooth start-up.
Stay sharp on CNC trends, controls, and best practices.

What you’ll need to succeed

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification in CNC technology preferred.
Proven background in CNC maintenance and repair.
Fluency in mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
Confidence reading technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Meticulous problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
Clear communicator who thrives in a team setting.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies when needed.
