I have been with State Farm since 2017 and opened my agency in 2021. I graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Marketing and proudly served for nine years in the United States Air Force and Mississippi Air National Guard. My wife, Anna, and I live in Germantown with our rescue dog, Olive. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with family and friends. Building relationships in our community is one of my favorite parts of the job. I serve as a Board Member for Collierville YoungLife and am a member of the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Davis McCord - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage client accounts and update information in the database. Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
