Server Position at GracePointe Crossing

GracePointe Crossing is seeking full time and part time servers to join our team. Schedules available include part time with varying hours such as 7AM-10:45AM, 7AM-2:30PM, 10:45AM-2:30PM, and 11AM-2:30PM. The server/dietary aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications include demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies, and demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.09 - $20.59 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week including health, dental, life insurance, retirement, holiday pay and extended sick. Full and part-time benefits-eligible employment working between 20-29 hours per week includes vision insurance, voluntary short-term & long-term disability, accident & hospitalization coverage, and education assistance programs.
