Job Overview Raytheon (RTX) is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Program Design & Planning organization. Responsibilities Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that complies with government and corporate requirements and demonstrates necessary cost and schedule integration. Assist in planning and cost estimating tasks, perform analyses, and prepare reports to ensure programs meet or exceed schedule commitments. Prepare internal weekly and monthly program schedule review packages and submit compliant external Contractual Data Requirements List packages. Prepare schedules for all contract work and perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis, and other in-depth schedule-related analyses. Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic current contract schedule baselines. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and minimum 5 years of Program Planning, Scheduling or Project Management experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance before start date (U.S. citizenship required). Experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan or similar. Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and evaluating critical path and/or workflow. Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field. Experience analyzing schedule data, including driving paths, schedule metrics, trends and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA). Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Understanding of product development principles, including Agile software development. Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), SAP/R3, Microframe Project Manager (MPM), Oracle ERP, Deltek Cobra, Deltek MPM Connect, or ForProject. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI. Benefits Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
