Compensation $25.00 - $40.00 per hour , depending on experience Top performers regularly earn well into six figures with spiffs, bonuses, and overtime. Represent the company professionally while ensuring every service call meets high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Work Schedule Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation required as needed Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service and repair experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Strong ability to read wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and blueprints Excellent troubleshooting skills across various HVAC equipment brands EPA Universal Certification Willingness to maintain personal tools and pursue continued training Comfort working safely on ladders (up to 28' extension and 12' step) Outstanding customer service and communication abilities Reliable, responsible, and ready to take ownership of your work If you're a skilled HVAC technician looking for a supportive company that rewards hard work, offers great earning potential, and invests in your long-term success, we'd love to have you on our team.
