The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 US Dollars per year Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. The Specialist of Channel Marketing plays a crucial role in ensuring flawless execution of agreed-upon channel marketing programs, leading local and regional campaigns, events, trade shows, product introductions, and portfolio growth initiatives, while defining and reporting on project execution. This role supports the growth of distributor e-commerce platforms through digital marketing, category management, and product enrichment, with a high level of interaction with the channel sales team and support for 3-6 customers with varying needs. Provide thought leadership to contribute to the development of Distributor marketing strategies aligned with both the Global Marketing and distributor business objectives. Assist in development and approvals of Distributor marketing calendar plans aligned to the defined Distributor marketing strategies. This is inclusive of development of engaging sales enablement plans. Develop and implement all Distributor marketing activities (digital/traditional) with excellence through internal and external partners. Support sales enablement for the Distributor with the development of custom sales collaterals and coordination of sales training for new product launches. Plan and attend Distributor trade shows and events. Execute against the creative brief. Serves as a consultant within the organization in the development of relevant content to be used with Distributors and End-User plans. Supports ad-hoc projects associated with the roles and responsibilities of this position, or the Marketing organization as needed. What will you bring to Ansell?
