Physical Therapist - Full-Time, Dayshift

Role Overview The Physical Therapist plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, identify areas needing attention, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques, communicating care and discharge plans effectively. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines. Supervise assigned therapy assistants and perform additional job-related duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; licensure in the practice state is required. CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor. Preferred: Two years of experience in Physical Therapy. Requirements Meet facility-specific licensure and certification standards. Complete evaluations, establish care plans, and ensure proper documentation.
