Responsibilities

• Manufacture and repair products safely and efficiently.
• Set up, operate, and monitor assigned CNC machine tools.
• Deburr machined parts to remove sharp edges and ensure all quality specifications are met.
• Perform daily maintenance on assigned machine tools.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment in the work area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other shop duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work shift schedules and overtime as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Primarily works in an enclosed, climate-controlled machine shop.
• Some work areas may not be heated or air-conditioned.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain when necessary.

Physical Requirements

• Safely perform all assigned job duties.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds .
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
