Impact of the Role Provides expertise in Total Rewards program design and administration, influencing compensation, learning, wellness, and benefits initiatives across the organization. General Profile Working knowledge and experience in own job discipline Builds knowledge of company processes and customers Performs a range of tasks related to job discipline Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze situations Receives moderate guidance and direction Exercises discretion and judgment Essential Functions Administers and implements Total Rewards programs including compensation, learning, wellness, and benefits. Communicates rewards program structures, materials, budgets, and employee impacts. Evaluates existing rewards programs for effectiveness and recommends modifications. Conveys eligibility and program coverage information to employees. Advises managers on effective pay, learning, or benefits decisions. Maintains and updates position or benefits descriptions and architecture. Provides training on Total Rewards systems and re‑configures system/program architecture as needed. Ensures programs comply with legal regulations and company standards. Participates in surveys and research on market competitiveness regarding benefits and compensation trends. Required Qualifications Education and experience: Associate's Degree plus 2–4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Data Analytics preferred; proven experience developing end‑to‑end Power BI solutions. Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or CCP certification preferred. Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Benchmarking; compensation budget modeling; compensation management software; compensation program design; HR regulatory compliance; incentive programs; job evaluation; market pricing; salary planning; salary program administration; survey participation; Power BI; business analytics; HR analytics; reporting; dashboard design; data visualization. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods. Work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazards. Travel Requirements None specified.
