We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our Brokerage team supporting a corporate client account. In this role, you will manage lease transactions while building client relationships and contributing to business growth. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, partnering closely with a Senior Transaction Manager on complex deals while independently managing smaller transactions from start to finish. This high-volume, client-facing position operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Management & ExecutionManage end-to-end lease transactions for a large corporate client portfolio, ensuring timely execution and compliance with client requirementsWork independently on smaller transactions, taking full ownership from initial market analysis through lease execution and closeoutCollaborate with Senior Transaction Manager on larger, more complex transactions, providing support and learning advanced deal strategiesHandle high transaction volume while maintaining quality and accuracy across all deliverablesCoordinate transaction timelines, critical dates, and milestone tracking to keep deals moving forward efficientlyComplete analytical responsibilities throughout the deal process, including tour coordination, proposal analysis, and documentationPrepare and submit commission invoices and maintain accurate transaction records.Client Relationship & CommunicationProvide regular transaction status updates to transaction team and clients via email, meetings, and conference callsAttend client meetings and calls to present transaction progress, market insights, and strategic recommendationsIdentify opportunities to enhance client transaction management processes and improve service deliveryRepresent the team professionally in client interactions for transactions under your direct managementMarket Analysis & AdvisoryResearch and evaluate real estate market data, property information, and competitive landscapes to inform transaction strategyAnalyze companies, landlords, subtenants, and market conditions to support client decision-makingProvide market context and advice to clients on lease transactions, helping them understand trends and opportunitiesBroker & Team CoordinationSelect, engage, and manage co-brokers and market brokers as needed for lease transactions across multiple marketsPartner with Senior Transaction Manager to learn best practices and advanced transaction management techniquesDocumentation & Due DiligenceReview lease documents, amendments, and related agreements to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectivesPrepare detailed lease summaries and abstracts as part of transaction due diligence processesMaintain organized transaction files and documentation for audit and compliance purposesSupport lease administration activities including critical date tracking and lease obligation managementThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
