Vice President of Regional Sales

Vice President (VP) of Regional Sales within Evotec is a senior leadership role focused on driving sales growth by overseeing a regional team, managing complex sales processes, building client relationships, collaborating with internal departments, and adapting sales strategies to meet market needs. Key responsibilities include refining sales territories, mentoring a regional sales team, nurturing executive client relationships, and acting as a brand ambassador at industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the CRO, CDMO, or life sciences industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region in support of the team. Willingness to travel extensively (40%+).

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $171,700 to $232,300; This is a salaried exempt position. Base salary offered may vary depending on the individual's skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
