Position Bvlgari Perfumes is seeking a collaborative, relationship-driven, and strategically minded Marketing & Communications Manager to support the continued growth of the fragrance business across Latin America. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, Americas, this role serves as the primary marketing partner for distributor markets across the region. The position is responsible for supporting brand growth through strategic marketing initiatives, product launches, communications programs, and elevated consumer experiences while ensuring alignment between global priorities and local market execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience working across multiple markets and stakeholders. This role requires sound business judgment, budget management experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for luxury, fragrance, and consumer engagement. Job responsibilities Key Responsibilities Distributor Marketing, Events, & Regional Support Serve as the primary marketing contact for distributor partners across Latin America Support distributor partners in the development and execution of annual marketing plans, launch strategies, and seasonal initiatives aligned with brand priorities Develop and participate in distributor business reviews, market presentations, and project briefs; cultivate strong distributor partnerships through ongoing engagement to identify opportunities, align on priorities, and support shared business objectives Ensure alignment between global priorities, regional objectives, and local market execution across all distributor markets Support the integration of brick‑and‑mortar and .com initiatives across distributor markets to strengthen visibility, consistency, and conversion across channels Manage co‑op marketing budgets, calendars, project timelines, and program recaps for distributor partners across Latin America Partner with distributor teams to develop and execute in‑store events, client experiences, retailer activations, and launch support programs aligned with business priorities, key promotional periods, and commercial objectives Share key business updates, launch information, marketing priorities, and best practices across distributor markets Communications, PR & Influencer Strategy In partnership with the Marketing Director, develop PR, influencer, and communications strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across Latin America Partner with distributor teams to develop and execute local communications plans aligned with brand priorities and business objectives Identify potential brand partners and product seeding opportunities and track performance and measure campaign effectiveness Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, collaborators, and key industry contacts to amplify brand opportunities and increase relevance across the region Support press events, influencer initiatives, brand experiences, launch activations, and ad‑hoc PR projects as needed Monitor media, influencer, and competitive activity to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and best practices across markets Product Marketing & Business Analysis Support launch execution and core business priorities across the fragrance portfolio Partner closely with the Marketing Director to translate global product storytelling into locally relevant marketing initiatives Conduct competitive analysis, launch recaps, and business reviews to support future recommendations and opportunities Analyze distributor sales performance, market trends, business KPIs, and available market data to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities Lead collateral forecasting and allocation planning for launches, sampling programs, gift‑with‑purchase initiatives, and key marketing programs across the region Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Excellence Partner collaboratively across Global, Commercial Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Retail Excellence & Training, E-Commerce, PR & Communications, and distributor teams to ensure strong alignment and execution across key strategic initiatives Support the successful execution of regional launches, events, and marketing initiatives that reinforce Bvlgari’s luxury positioning Ensure consistency of brand storytelling, visual execution, and consumer experience across distributor markets Profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or product management Experience within beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion, or related industries strongly preferred Experience working with distributor partners across Latin America or within regional marketing organizations strongly preferred Experience managing marketing budgets required Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business performance into actionable insights and recommendations Strong knowledge of PR, social media, influencer marketing, and communications programs Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented Fluent in Spanish and English required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required Hybrid NYC (4 days in office) or Miami (remote) #J-18808-Ljbffr
