Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure our bakery equipment operates at peak performance. Oversee the maintenance of high-speed packaging lines, mechanical systems, and robotic arms, ensuring operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues while coordinating with OEMs for specialized maintenance. Monitor and report on KPIs such as equipment uptime, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Promote a collaborative work environment focused on zero loss and employee involvement.

Work Environment

The position offers a competitive hourly pay ranging from $33 to $43/hour. Work a 12-hour rotating shift from 6 AM to 6:30 PM, ensuring varied work hours and dynamic engagement.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

Performance Bonuses $5,000 sign on bonus paid out monthly 5% performance annual incentive bonus (based on company performance, department performance, and individual goals) 3 weeks of vacation

This is a fully onsite position in Franklin,WI.
