Maintenance Supervisor

Carter-Haston is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance of the assigned community in Weaverville, NC. You will mentor service technicians, coordinate 24/7 emergency coverage, and ensure compliance with 24-hour service policies. Responsibilities include scheduling, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance, and keeping vacancies market-ready.
