Job Location: Washington, DC (Remote with Quarterly Travel to DC for PI Planning Events)
Job Type: Long Term Contract
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills within a SAFe environment.

Must-Have Qualifications
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) 6.0 Certification.
- Scaled Agile Practice Consultant (SPC) 6.0 Certification.
- Agility Insights Facilitator Certification.
- Strong experience in SAFe Agile environments and ART execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
