At Quail West Golf & Country Club, we're looking for a polished, personable, and service-driven Member Services Manager to join our Membership team! In this role, you'll play an important part in creating an exceptional experience for our members, supporting membership operations, coordinating lifestyle programs, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Quail West.

From welcoming perspective members and conducting Club tours to supporting exciting lifestyle events and overseeing Concierge operations, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the member experience every day.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma required; a minimum of 2 years of hospitality administration experience is preferred.
• Active Florida Notary Public Commission is required.
• Ability to work a TuesdaySaturday schedule during the Club's peak season (typically OctoberMay) is required.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Jonas, ClubEssential, or similar club management systems is preferred.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain professional, composed, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication style.
• Private club, luxury hospitality, or membership services experience is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional member experiences.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform duties that may require standing, reaching, bending, and stooping.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise levels.
