We’re urgently hiring Intervention Specialists and Special Education Teachers for one of Cincinnati’s most inclusive, student-centered public charter school networks. These schools prioritize high-quality IEP practices , meaningful connection, and cultivating classrooms where Special Education teachers are respected and equipped to make an impact.

 

What You’ll Do

- Provide high-quality instruction and interventions for students with diverse learning needs

- Collaborate with general education teachers to support multilingual learners and ensure full access to the curriculum

- Build strong relationships with students and families

- Use data to drive growth and support IEP goals

Requirements

- Ohio teaching license with Special Education / Intervention Specialist certification

- Cincinnati-area residency

Compensation

$51,000–$104,000 , depending on experience and education (direct hire with school partner). Benefits included.
