Maintenance Specialist
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program.
- Support initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability.
- Under direct supervision, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.
- Comply with TLM standards.
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
