Market Manager - South Sound Area of Seattle

Position Overview The Market Manager will reside in a designated distributor home market and serve as the primary link between Tilray Beer, distributor partners, and retail customers. Key Focus Areas Supporting 1–3 distributor partners and their branch networks Driving execution of Must Win Initiatives with distributor and retail partners Leading incentive (IR POD) activation to deliver budget targets Ensuring chain execution (ads, features, distribution gaps, and communication) Driving brand discovery through events, sampling, and promotional activations Key Responsibilities Develop understanding of the assigned market, distributor network, and channel dynamics Build relationships with distributor sales managers, reps, and key retail accounts Work in-market weekly to support execution with distributor teams and retail partners Lead or participate in distributor meetings; present business updates Develop and execute programs, incentives, and performance targets Track and report weekly/monthly performance metrics Manage allocated budgets effectively Analyze syndicated and internal data; identify opportunities and build action plans Deliver business reviews with key distributor partners Support VIP/Karma and other internal systems to drive insights and execution Compensation Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in beverage alcohol, preferably within the beer category Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced environments Preferred Skills Strong working knowledge of VIP/Karma systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
