As a barista, you’ll work with a locally owned and operated Scooter’s Coffee franchisee, who sets their own terms of employment. This means you’ll be part of a close-knit team where your contributions truly make a difference.

As a barista at Scooter’s Coffee, you’ll be at the heart of creating delightful experiences for our customers. From crafting high-quality coffee and beverages to delivering warm, friendly service, your role will be all about making people’s day better. You’ll manage daily tasks like taking orders, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Most importantly, you’ll embody our core values in every interaction, ensuring each customer leaves with a smile.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (bonus points if it’s in the coffee or food service industry!).
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Is passionate about coffee and customer service, with a positive and can-do attitude.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and attention to detail.
