Let’s have a talk! ;) As part of your position (which you probably already know.. :D) you will spend your days nurturing and encouraging the children in your care, which may include preschool or preK groups. As part of the role, you will have the responsibility to: Plan lessons that are inspired by the interests and developmental needs of the children in your classroom. Get to know the children on their level, giving guidance, support, words of encouragement, and smiles. Support your fellow teachers and create a professional environment of mutual respect. Our pay range for Lead Teachers is $16-$19/hour, based on experience and expertise. We have some GREAT benefits in addition to the wage that you will receive!
