You'll spend your days outdoors across multiple commercial properties, working hands‑on with field supervisors and crews to ensure every landscape meets our high standards. Your day-to-day includes walking properties, creating detailed punchlists, conducting quality inspections, and partnering with teams to solve challenges before they become issues. You'll collaborate closely with field crews, supervisors, and client success specialists—everyone working together to deliver exceptional results and service. You'll use mobile technology to document quality metrics and track improvements, with occasional time in the office for reporting and coordination. Please note this is a primarily field-based position requiring daily travel to multiple properties, with occasional office time for reporting and coordination. What You'll Do Quality Control & Property Management Perform regular site inspections and quality audits of landscape maintenance operations across your assigned geographical area Create comprehensive property punchlists identifying maintenance needs and quality improvements Document and track quality issues using company maintenance checklist system and mobile technology Conduct routine property walks and quality assessments to maintain service standards Monitor punchlist completion through coordination with Maintenance Field Supervisors Ensure crews consistently adhere to scheduled routes Maintain consistent quality standards across all assigned properties Process Implementation & Quality Monitoring Support implementation and monitoring of quality control processes across assigned properties Maintain quality assurance documentation and standard operating procedures Collect and organize operational data for quality metrics reporting Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects (e.g., reviewing crew photos) Ensure compliance with company quality standards and client requirements Training & Development Support Assist in training field teams on quality standards and best practices Support development of quality-related training materials and presentations Provide feedback to Maintenance Field Supervisors on crew performance and training needs Collaborate on implementing quality improvement processes and procedures Communication, Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with client success specialists, Field Operations Manager, and Maintenance Field Supervisors to address and resolve service concerns Support client success specialists with property walks when needed to address quality issues or client requests Coordinate with Maintenance Field Supervisors to ensure punchlist completion and quality standards Use Slack for all internal communications and coordination Report regularly to Field Operations Manager on quality metrics, property conditions, and improvement recommendations Maintain accurate records of property inspections, quality issues, and corrective actions using Google Workspace and mobile technology Track quality metrics and performance indicators across assigned geographical area Client Relations Support Support positive client relationships through proactive quality management Identify potential client concerns before they impact satisfaction Coordinate with client success specialists on quality-related client communications Ensure client properties consistently meet or exceed service expectations Who We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in landscape maintenance or related field operations Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and mobile technology Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently Strong organizational and time management skills Physical ability to walk properties and conduct outdoor inspections regularly Understanding of landscape maintenance practices and quality standards Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Horticulture, landscape services, or related industry experience Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance roles Experience with commercial landscape maintenance operations Knowledge of plant materials, maintenance techniques, and seasonal requirements Experience with mobile technology and digital documentation systems Understanding of client service standards and commercial property management Strong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvements Experience working with field operations teams and supervisory staff Physical Requirements This is a primarily outdoor, field-based role requiring extensive daily property walking and driving throughout your assigned geographical area. You'll conduct inspections in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and direct sunlight, with the ability to walk on uneven terrain, climb stairs, navigate slopes, and assess landscape quality details. Schedule flexibility required for early mornings and occasional evenings based on property inspection schedules and operational needs.
