Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to students as prescribed in their IEPs
• Conduct thorough assessments and document progress to inform educational planning
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating on goal setting and therapy strategies
• Educate staff and families on at-home support and classroom accommodations to enhance student success
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance requirements are met according to school policies and regulations
• Advocate for students’ physical access and mobility needs within the school
