Director, Multi-Site Construction

Dal-Tile LLC is seeking a Director of Construction to lead our nationwide program across showrooms, service centers, distribution facilities, and manufacturing locations. You will oversee 3–5 Construction Managers and drive portfolio delivery with budgets, schedules, safety, and quality. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and governance of multi-site projects from planning through closeout.
