What You'll Do:

 

As the President/CEO, you will research, develop, lead and execute various strategies to drive short and long-term sales and profit goals. This role will also lead, mentor, and manage the operations to ensure efficiencies.

 

Your Accountabilities in the Role:

 

• Interfaces with key customers, vendor partners, and other opinion leaders to develop, manage and maintain a high level of customer loyalty and continuous growth towards meeting/exceeding customer expectations.
• Researches, develops and leads short and long-term strategic activities, that aligns to the overall Strategy, Vision, Brand, and Values to drive business growth.
• Builds the vision, business case, and supporting documents required to substantiate and drive initiatives forward.
• Meets with Department Leaders monthly and as needed to ensure goals and work is on track, providing guidance to remove obstacles to support the teams.
• Analyzes the monthly Sales & Operational results, as they relate to established objectives, ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to resolve problematic situations and achieve promised results.
• Champions and serves as an example of "best-in-class" adherence to corporate policies; creates and sustains a culture of high ethics, integrity, and trust.

 

Position Requirements:

 

• Education: A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred; will consider a combination of course work and proven leadership and management expertise.
• Experience: 7 + years of progressive experience in business, sales, and leadership within the RV industry or related component industry/sector is required. Must have knowledge of the RV market, customer base, distribution channels, and industry dynamics to make a quick impact on sales.
• Certification(s): NA
• Functional Skills: Excellent strategic-thinker, organizational planning and executing skills; strong analytical skills with financial planning/cost containment experience, with ability to drive sales. Can take a vision and create actionable, obtainable activities that meet the vision. Possesses a strength in interpreting large amounts of data, making strategic assumptions, and creating a solid business plan is also important.
• Technology Aptitude/Skills: Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and other planning software.
• Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; will interact with key customers, vendors, opinion leaders, as well as all levels of the organization to lead and facilitate a vision. Will present to all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Leadership/Behaviors: Natural curiosity to learn the business; what is working and where enhancements can help the company to grow. Entrepreneurial spirit who understands the art of change management, networking, getting buy-in, and leading with a connected vision. Other Important Information:

 

Pay/Salary : Pay is negotiable based on experience

 

• And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!

Reports To: CEO

 

Core Hours : 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

 

Typical Work Week: M-F; 40-45 hours a week on average

 

Direct Reports: 6 Employees

 

Travel: 25-35% Travel
